I love bowls of goodness, smoothie bowls, salad bowls and now yogurt bowls! You can create it any way you like, but here’s how I made mine!
MK’s Yogurt Bowl
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
Whip yogurt and honey together with a whisk or spoon then top…
1/4 cup pineapple, fresh chopped or use crushed
2 tbsp toasted coconut
1 tsp flax seeds, whole or ground
2 tbsp roasted almonds, chopped
2 tsp chia seeds
Handful of blueberries
Mix the flax and almonds as one topping then use the rest of the goodness to your yogurt bowl then enjoy!
