Ten snacks under 150 cals!

I am a total snacker so I’m always looking for healthy snacks to get my munch on! These are my top ten snacks under 150 cals:

10. Cinnamon baked apple (cored, sprinkled with cinnamon – baked at 350 for 20 mins)

9. Organic carrots (10) & 2 tbsp hummus 

8. Red pepper spears, 1 tbsp goat cheese & 6 pistachios pistachio

6. Mozzarella cheese stick with a turkey pepperoni


5. Hard boiled egg (I sprinkle s&p plus dill) plus 1/4 avocadoAvocado 1.jpg



4. Baybel light cheese, 1/2 an apple & a few raw almonds


3. Veggie sticks and tzatziki (2 tbsp Greek yogurt, s&p, mint, lemon juice & diced cucumber)


2. Sliced kiwi topped with 1 tbsp shredded coconut 


1. Parmesan popcorn (2 c air popped corn with 1 tbsp shredded Parmesan and sprinkled cayenne – optional)
