No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake 

Peanut butter, cheesecake, Reese Peanut butter cups…perfection!! And no-bake?!…perfect! It does need to set so make it a few hours before you want to serve it! 

   
 
Peanut Butter Cheesecake 

1-1/4 cups Oreo Baking Crumbs

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 pkg. (8oz) Cream Cheese, softened

1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter

1 cup sugar

2 Reese peanut butter cups, chopped 

1-1/2 cups whipped cream, whipped 

1/4 cup butter 

1 cup chocolate chips 

Combine the Oreo crumbs & melted butter in a bowl then press into a 9″ spring form pan.

Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar with mixer until well blended. Add the peanut butter cups, mix gently. Whisk in  whipped cream. Spoon over crust. Refrigerate 3 hours.

Melt butter & chocolate chips in a double boiler (or microwave in 30 sec intervals stirring between each). Pour over cheesecake..refrigerate until firm… then…EAT!!…All of it!!  

  

I topped it with peanut butter chips but you could do chopped peanuts (lightly toasted would be good), chopped Reese cups, more whip cream! Yum! Yum! Yum!! Try it!
