My last post was Geoffrey Zakarian’s Cobb Salad which I had been dying to try so I did!! His looks amazing, and after a few remix twists, I made my own variation and it was delish!!…Best. Salad. ever! So I made it almost the same as his fab recipe but I added cooked diced white potatoes, I used green onion in place of the red onion and used Myzithra Greek cheese (a great new find)! Use that traditional blue if you want!! Sooo, how’d I do??
The grilled lettuce made it more delicate & combined with the egg & bacon – rich but not heavy!!! I will certainly be making this one again!!!!
