Homemade granola bars!

Ok so the granola bars may not look that good but they were soooo yummy!!….Easy & satisfying…there’s peanut butter & chocolate in there so duh, it’s gotta be good right?!!…plus I added some flax in there so kinda, healthy!!

Easy no-bake granola bars

2/3 c peanut butter
2/3 c coconut oil
2/3 c honey
2 c oats
1/2 c chocolate chips
1 c roasted cashews
1/4 c ground flax seeds

In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter, coconut oil & honey (or mic it)….mixing until melts & well combined…Let cool for a few mins…In a large bowl combine the oats, nuts & chocolate chips…pour peanut butter mix into oat mixture until combined….Press evenly into a greased 9′ x 13′ pan & refrigerate until firm, then cut into bars! Great on the go snack!!
