I actually really like kale & I love knowing just how good it actually is for us…not that I need more reasons to eat it ’cause I do at least once a week…but good food for thought!
I chop it up fine & add it to my pasta sauce, stir fries and love it juiced or in superfood smoothies…try them as kale chips or in my super yummy kale breakfast bake ! I even snuck it in my version of chicken & waffles
So bring on the green goodness & eat up to good health!!…as it sure makes me feel better about how much bacon I eat! Haha!! All in moderation right?! 😉
