Top home made vanilla cupcakes (or quick use the box) with fun butter frosting. Coloured yellow, topped with sprinkles and marshmallow candies these cupcakes totally impressed the birthday girl!
Frosting: Whip 3/4 cup butter with 2 cups icing sugar. Add 1/3 cup milk & 2 tsp vanilla. Add icing sugar 1 cup at a time (about 6 cups) & beat until smooth. Use a 1M piping tip fitted inside a pastry bag to squeeze icing on top
