Quickee soup!

Don’t have time to whip up a whole pot of yummy flavour developed soup?…Try sooping up a can! 

I used a can of Prego lentil soup then remixed it to make it heartier, tastier and a bit healthier:

 

Sooped up canned soup

1 can Lentil soup

1/2 onion diced 

1 large potato cubed

3 large carrots

1 small bunch kale chopped

2 tsp dried rosemary 

salt & pepper 

In a bit of oil sautee in a soup pot the onion for 3-5 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots and kale. Cook for 1-2 mins. Season with rosemary and salt & pepper. Add enough water to cover veggies. Simmer for 7-8 mins until veggies are soft. Mix the canned soup with the cooked veggies and the water it cooked in. Heat well then serve.
