Getting juiced...

Load up on the benefits of lots of fruits and veggies in a drink….
I juiced 6 organic carrots, 2 organic gala apples, a handful of fresh cilantro (antioxidant), 1/2 a lime and 2 kiwis. It was surprisingly sweet with a savoury hint of flavour.

My fav combos:

Apple, carrot, ginger, *orange

Cucumber, mint, spinach, *lime, apple

Beat, carrot, ginger, apple, *orange

Carrot, *orange, lime, cucumber

Spinach, *kiwi, apple, *lime, parsley…


Try any combo and reap the nutritional benefits of eating way more veggies and fruit in a glass than you may have had all day!
