Snacks under 150 cals…

Snack much?…I do!!! Hahaha….Below are 10 snacks that are between 100 and 150 calories – woot!

10. Cinnamon baked apple (cored, sprinkled with cinnamon – baked at 350 for 20 mins)

9. Carrots (10) & 2 tbsp hummus 

8. Red pepper spears, 1 tbsp goat cheese & 6 pistachios 

7. 1/2 c honey Greek yogurt with berries

6. Mozarella cheese stick with a turkey peperroni

5. Hard boiled egg (I sprinkle s&p plus dill) plus 1/4 avocado 

4. Baybel light cheese, half an apple & a few almonds 

3. Veggie sticks and tatziki (2 tbsp Greek yogurt, s&p, mint, lemon juice & diced cucumber)

2. Sliced kiwi topped with 1 tbsp shredded coconut 

1. Parmesan popcorn (2 c air popped corn with 1 tbsp parmesan and sprinkled cayenne)
