The good stuff…

Quick, easy & delish.

Avocado Egg

1 avocado cut, pit removed

2 eggs

Optional toppings: diced tomato, bacon, chives, cheese or diced peppers…

Crack one egg in each half of the avocado, salt & pepper to taste & top with optional toppings (I used bacon)

Cook in a 425 degree oven for 15-20 mins (soft vs. hard yolk)

YUM!
